Our eBay, Amazon, and Etsy marketplace subscription plans are suitable for all sizes of businesses covering small to super-sized accounts and at cost-effective prices. These subscription plans give you the opportunity to try OpenBay Pro on a month-by-month basis rather than having to pay a large up-front fee. This is ideal for merchants who haven't tried OpenBay Pro before. You can even register for one of our Freebie subscription plans, which gives you enough access to explore and test the system.

eBay plans

eBay plans - FAQ

What does Import frequency mean? This is the rate at which our API checks your eBay account for new orders and automatically imports them to your OpenCart store. For example with the eBay Medium plan, any new orders would arrive in your store within the hour, while with the X Large plan they would appear within 15 minutes.

How are Products sold per month calculated? This number is calculated based on the number of unique products/orders you sell on eBay over the previous 30 days. It is not affected by how many products you sell on your OpenCart store.

What are eBay linked items? These are the eBay items that you have linked to your OpenCart store. This count is not affected by how many products you have in your OpenCart store, only the number of store products linked to eBay listings.

What does Instant updates mean? This refers to how soon stock on the website is updated to the correct level following a sale on eBay. With instant updates, this stock updating occurs instantly - as soon as an eBay order is placed. Without instant updates, stock on the website only updates when the eBay order has imported to the website, so depends on which plan is being used. For example with the Small plan, which has a 2-hour import frequency, stock would update on the website within two hours. On the Medium plan, stock would update within 1 hour etc.
